კოცნის (ჰკოცნის, აკოცებს) - to kiss somebody // jemanden küssen

Technically there are two verbs კოცნის and აკოცებს but they are used interchangibly and parallel to one another. The object can be in dative with (ვაკოცებ შენ შუბლს, ჰკოცნი შენ შუბლს) or adverbial: ვაკოცებ შენ შუბლზე, გკოცნი შუბლზე - I kiss your forehead // ich küsse deine Stirn.
Class-I Verb on -ი (and -ებ) with -ე/-ა Aorist:

For an object in second person, you can use the გ- prefix: გკოცნი - I kiss you // ich küsse dich. For an object in third person you could use the prefix ჰ-: შენ ჰკოცნი მამას - you kiss the father // du küsst den Vater; or you could use აკოცებს: მე ვაკოცებ შენ - I kiss you // ich küsse dich. შენ აკოცებ მამას - you kiss the father // du küsst den Vater
Future Indicative:
The future is usually expressed using the verb აკოცებს.
