This verb you can often hear on birthdays and and other special days:
- გილოცავ დაბადების დღეს! - Happy Birthday! // Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag!
- გილოცავთ ბედნიერ შობა-ახალ წელს! – Happy Christmas and New Year! // Frohe Weihnachten und Neues Jahr!
- გილოცავ ბედნიერ მგზავრობას! – I wish you safe travel! // Eine Gute Reise!

The future indicative is derived from the present by adding მი-: ხვალ მივულოცავ მას გამარჯვებას - tomorrow I am going to congratulate her on the victory // morgen werde ich ihr zum Sieg gratulieren.

The conditional mood is derived from the imperfect indicative by adding მი-: მერე მე მივულოცავდი გამარჯვებას - then I would congratulate her on the victory // dann würde ich ihr zum Sieg gratulieren.
