წევს/წოლა

წევს/წოლა - someone is lying (in bed) // jemand liegt wo (Bett)

This verb is used to describe persons lying somewhere, e.g. in bed. For mere non-living objects lying on the ground, use the verb დევს instead.

Take note that the English verb to lie, lying can also mean to not tell the truth or to tell a lie, which would be translated into Georgian with ტყუის.
