Therefore, learning the words აძლევს and მიიღებს should be straighforward and pose no bigger problem. One should be a bit more careful with აძლევს because it does not belong to any of the more familiar conjugation classes but is rather a mixture of აძლევს and მიცემა, depending on tense or mood.
To express given and taken, you can use მიღებული and მიცემული, for example მიღებული სტატია - the accepted article or მიცემული საჩუქარი - the given present. Both should not be hard to learn, since they are derived from მიიღებს ანდ აძლევს/მიცემა. Indeed, such cross-links can help fortify the connections between the new words in your neural networks, for example connecting აძლევს with მიცემა/მიცემული!
